Palmer arrived at Stamford Bridge on transfer deadline day last summer, after Manchester City opened the door for their academy prospect to leave the club.
He has since netted 22 goals and added ten assists across the current campaign, as he dragged Chelsea to sixth place within the top flight of English football.
Mauricio Pochettino's side are currently three points clear of Newcastle United in seventh place, as the Blues look to secure European football for next season.
