The 39-year-old proved to be the club's lucky charm as they registered their first win in 10 matches across all competitions in his debut game for them. At the end of the match, the former Selecao star penned a heartfelt note for his new team.

On Instagram, the former Chelsea and AC Milan defender wrote, "It's been 16 years since I experienced such a beautiful feeling to wear this shirt on the field. Without a doubt, this is a moment I will never forget and I thank God for being by my side and helping us get the victory tonight.
